Shipping/delivery - OVERSEAS

Lunarbay ships worldwide. Shipping charges for overseas delivery are dependent on the weight of the items purchased and it will be calculated during checkout. For any assistance, please contact us at info@lunarbaystore.com. 

You may be charged for taxes and miscellaneous charges as your order passes through customs and these charges will be be paid in person when the parcel is being delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies differ for each country. If you’ve any questions regarding the charges, please contact your local postal offices.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (except for KITBITS lanyard/wristlet/keychains) as these products are handmade. Please refer to individual product listing for estimated production timelines. The delivery time is estimated after order is dispatched. The delivery time frame is advised by our logistics partner.
